2. Local Network & Multiplayer

The Game includes an optional local multiplayer mode that uses local network discovery (UDP sockets) to discover and connect with other players on the same network. This feature operates entirely locally and does not transmit network topology, identifiers, or player data outside your local network.

3. Data Storage

All Game progress, high scores, customization configurations, and unlocked skins are saved locally on your device's internal storage. No game state or gameplay data is transmitted to or stored on external cloud servers hosted by hyperhex.

4. Advertising Choices & Opt-Out

You can manage your advertising preferences or reset your advertising identifier at any time via your Android device settings:

• Open device Settings > Google > Ads.
• Select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID to control personalized advertising.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Game does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
