1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, hyperhex grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Skoshe swoshe on mobile devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional virtual items, including in-game currency ("Coins"), cosmetic "Procedural Skins", and "Trail Effects":

• No Real Monetary Value: Coins, skins, and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and do not constitute personal property.
• Payment Processing: All in-app purchases are billed and processed exclusively through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Refunds: All purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law or as determined by Google Play's refund policies.

3. Fair Play & User Conduct

To preserve a fun and fair experience for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the Game.
• Use unauthorized cheats, exploits, automated bots, or memory modifiers to alter physics, coin balances, or leaderboard scores.
• Disrupt local multiplayer sessions or intentionally interfere with other players on the network.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Skoshe swoshe—including but not limited to code, visual artwork, soft-body blob designs, shaders, particle effects, sounds, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of hyperhex and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute game assets without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. hyperhex does not guarantee that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device model.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hyperhex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Game, including loss of local game progress or device issues.

7. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, rebalance, modify, or discontinue any feature, level, or cosmetic item in the Game at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically, with changes taking effect upon publication.
